Grange Farm, a grade 2 listed building is on the edge of Woolpit, the centre of which is approximately two thirds of a mile away. Woolpit is a delightful Suffolk village, largely unspoilt with an historic church, situated just off the main corridor through Suffolk (A14) and about an hours drive from the main East Anglian ports. Due to this position it is an ideal location for exploring or travelling around East Anglia. |

The rooms are to a high standard with their own TV and teasmade facilities. There are two en-suite bedrooms and one with private bath facilities. A full English breakfast is served. |

The resident's lounge is on the ground floor. Extensive car parking and gardens are available to residents. |

The Bothy |

The Grange Farm Bothy is a separate self-contained holiday cottage. This is rated 4 stars by the East of England Tourist Board. The building comprises of large en-suite double bedroom, a sitting room, kitchen/ diner, landing area with internal balcony. |

It is exceedingly well furnished and is centrally heated throughout. The kitchen includes fridge, full cooking facilities, and cutlery and crockery for at least two people. A television is provided. |

An outside terrace affords good views of the surrounding countryside. Garden furniture and barbecue are available on request. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and first night groceries can be delivered prior to your arrival if required. The Bothy is available for Summer and Winter lets. |

Bury St. Edmunds is the nearest major town containing
many restaurants, shops, businesses and entertainment. The Grange also has a butchers shop, serving the village, in addition to stocking local produce. The Caravan site is registered by the Caravan Club. There is a small lake in the grounds offering coarse fishing. |
