If you are looking to enjoy a holiday or short break with a group(s) of friends or with family groups then Farm Stay can help. We have properties that accommodate large groups in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk, and a few farms near the Norfolk Broads. Perfect also for Christmas Breaks!

We have several large barns and spacious holiday cottages & farm villas that can sleep at least 8 guests. Many farms also have camping & caravanning which may suit some guests, and a few have Glamping Pods. At Potash Barns Nr Framlingham in Suffolk Old Oak & Goat Willow sleep 9, where guests can enjoy snooker, table tennis & table football in their games room. The Long Barn at Rookery Farm in Holt, Norfolk can sleep up to 14! Perfect for special occasions, celebrations, and large families who choose to holiday together. Also in Norfolk, Spixworth Hall Cottages just north of Norwich and close to the Norfolk Broads can accommodate large groups with 21 bedrooms in 7 units. Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis, fishing, outdoor play area and games barn. Wood Farm Cottages Nr Holt have 8 spacious cottages converted from traditional Norfolk flint barns. These are fully equipped with free Wifi and are perfect for families as they have a superb play area and pool table & table tennis. In St Osyth in Essex The Cartlodge at Lee Wick Farm sleeps 11, and guests can fish in the reservoir on site. Lee Wick Farm also has a Glamping Pod which sleeps 4 guests. Old Hall Farm Barns in Suffolk can sleep up to 15 plus cots, and is not far from the coastal resorts of Southwold & Aldeburgh.

Alternatively, many farms have several barns & cottages sleeping a total of over 30, some with smaller units from 2 guests up to larger/family units sleeping 8. This can be perfect if you are looking for a holiday where you have your own accommodation, but at the same time are close to family & friends! Some farms have spa's and hot tubs to enjoy with friends. The farms are Child & Toddler friendly.

Some cottages share pretty courtyards or gardens with furniture and BBQ's to enjoy those lovely summer evenings. We have a few farms that also offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation and camping and caravan facilities. Farm Stay is also ideal for long weekend breaks! Many of the farms are Dog Friendly.

Go to the Self Catering Search and search by number of guests, and tick if you would like the option of using several properties. You can also select by location and date as required.

There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone happy, and some farms can offer play areas, games rooms, tennis courts and even swimming pools and hot tubs. All farms have walking and cycling either on the farm or nearby, and many offer fishing on site or nearby for those that want to get away from it all. Many farms will also accept dogs, so ideal if you are looking for Holidays with Dogs.

If you have friends and family that would like to join you for a few days you may find that the farm offers camping & caravanning facilities - look for the symbol! Some farms also offer Bed & Breakfast Accommodation.

Farm Stay are very family and baby friendly and welcome children, toddlers and babies, and can also provide cots if needed. Note - some farms may have an age restriction due to the layout of the property.
