Our spacious B&B's, guesthouses, holiday cottages and barns are perfect for family holidays offering a range of accommodation types and sizes, and are ideal for those looking for child friendly boltholes! Farm Stay is also great for Christmas & New Year Breaks for families wishing to stay together in one location.

Children are made very welcome by Farm Stay Hosts and those properties that are suitable for children will display the 'Rocking Horse' symbol. If a number follows the symbol this indicates a minimum age.

We have lovely Bed & Breakfast accommodation in our farmhouses where you can enjoy spacious en-suite rooms and many also have family rooms. Most will provide a cot for babies if needed. The delicious farmhouse breakfasts will offer something for everyone to enjoy and Farm Stay hosts will cater for all ages.

The Self catering holiday accommodation ranges from cosy holiday cottages to large barns, all fully furnished and the majority are equipped with the latest technology, including WiFi. Some of the farms have several different properties which are ideal for families wishing to holiday together, but to still have their own accommodation. Many properties will allow dogs by arrangement and you can find these by looking for the 'dog' symbol.

Some farms have games rooms; play areas, tennis and even swimming, and all hosts will be pleased to recommend local places of interest suitable for families. For those families that enjoy cycling, hosts will be able to provide maps and storage & drying facilities. In the spring some farms will have new born lambs that childern will enjoy watching.

You may wish to visit our local Farm Parks Baylham Rare Breeds Farm Nr Ipswich and Easton Farm Park Nr Woodbridge in Suffolk. Another great day out is at the Oasis Camel Centre Nr Halesworth in Suffolk - meet camels, alpacas, llamas, goats, pigs & rabbits.
