Our cottages

Our attractively converted farm buildings grouped around a grassy courtyard provide 3 individual cottages which retain some of the original features - old beams and stable doors. All are carpeted, double glazed, centrally heated and furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas and easy chairs. You will find colour TVs and videos, board games, jigsaw puzzles & paperback books.

The fitted kitchens have electric cookers, fridge freezers, microwaves, dishwashers (except Stable cottage) and ample cutlery, china and cooking utensils for the maximum occupants.

The bedrooms have single beds which zip together for 6ft king size doubles (please specify double or twin) and both bunk bedrooms have built in bunks with full size mattresses and adult headroom. The optional full size double foldaway beds in the living rooms are easy to use as they fold into a wall cupboard with bedding strapped in place. Cot and highchair available and all beds are made up ready for your arrival.

Stable and Coachmans cottages have been carefully designed for wheelchair users with adapted shower rooms, wide doorways and level floors throughout. See facilities for special needs.

The bunk bedroom between Stable and Coachmans cottages can be used with either and a soundproofed security panel covers the unused door - see floor plan.

The Granary

Sleeps 6 - 8

A beautiful Grade II listed Tudor building on stilts with original beamed ceilings which has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

An outside staircase takes you up to the hall and from here you go into the living room. This is two storeys high and shows the exposed roof timbers - don't worry, it is well insulated and heated with double glazed windows so you will be lovely and warm as you enjoy the view from the comfortable sofas and armchairs.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and is fully equipped for 8 people.

Beds - 2 singles or 1 double.

Built in bunks with full size mattresses and adult headroom

This spacious Cottage makes the perfect setting for family holidays with 2/3 bedrooms, en suite shower room and separate bathroom.

The kitchen / dining area leads on to the sitting room with a French window facing the courtyard.

Kitchen has double oven electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave & fridge freezer and is fully equipped for 8 people.
